Victrelis Approved

Just got a, call from the Medicare sub-contractor, my insurance company, that they have approved Bocepravir. This should be good news for those on Medicare. They said to call the pharmacy and order the meds now. This is the beginning of what will hopefully be my (and other's) final battle. Good luck to everyone in their battle. One way or another, we will all be victorious.

Thanks to all for your well wishes. I wish the best for all of you as well. Because I'm an entertainer, I have several contracts to fulfill but plan to start on the 11th. I have my  battle gear on, my workout regiment in place, my snacks to be taken with meds, and tons of movies to occupy my mind. So let the show begin........

great news! I'm just starting my 2nd week with victrelis and so far have been pleasantly surprised at the lack of additional sx (on top of the usual soc fun and games). No skin issues whatsoever and no additional noticeable Hgb decline (1st cbc in 2 weeks). Best of luck on your start.
