Time is on my side (Yes it is)
Time is on my side (Yes it is)
Now you always say that you want to be virus free
But if it come rushing back, if it come rushing back
Then it's still gonna have to fight me…
Yeah, time is on my side (Yes it is)
Time is on my side (Yes it is)
They're searching for new meds, you just wait and see
Soon there'll be no virus coming back at me...
Go ahead, folks, go ahead. Go ahead and light up the town
And you, do anything your heart desires
Remember, they'll find a cure
And I know like I told you so many times before
You'll be virus free
Yeah, you'll be virus free, baby
Knockin', yeah, knockin' it right on the floor, yeah!
Yeah, time is on my side (Yes it is)
Time is on my side (Yes it is)
They're searching for new meds, you just wait and see
Soon there'll be no virus coming back at me...
Yeah, time, time time is on my side (Yes it is)
I said, time, time, time is on my side (Yes it is)
I said, time, time, time is on my side

Wonderful news!!! You did it, and now all the tough work and difficult times are behind you, for good! Love that SVR!!!! I am very happy for you, and wish you a life of good health, great fortune, and love. You deserve it. I hope you go out and really celebrate this life altering, liberating event. (alcohol free of course) I am thrilled to share in your news. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
I also look forward to our continued correspondence on the board, and hopefully seeing many of our deeper questions and concerns addressed in the upcoming years.
CONGRATULATIONS! Now, on with your life! You have really helped me some while going thru this "character test". That's what it felt like sometimes. When living with someone who's also doing tx you have to walk very softly and carry real big sticks!
Anyway, I'm so happy for you! You should plan a party!
I go get my 3 month in March. My birthday is the 7th, maybe I'll go then. Love ya much! email is ***@****. Stay in contact.
Chevy- I am so Happy for You. What Marvelous news to read about one of My Very Favorite People. Although I am not here often, you always are & always will be in My Thoughts!!
I'm really delighted that you achieved SVR and I wish you continued improvement in your health as you rebound from treatment.
The ongoing debate about treating versus waiting is definitely interesting. You say that I am wise to be cautious. We'll see about that. Wisdom is generally evaluated after the fact. If the outcome is favorable (safer treatments come along in the nick of time), I will indeed look wise. If, however, my condition worsens long before I can take advantage of better drugs, I will look foolish. Bottom line: there are no easy answers or decisions with this disease.
I'm just glad you don't have to contend with any of this **** anymore. You're free...and that's a wonderful thing.
It's always such wonderful news to hear that someone has been able to clear the virus - thus greatly helping their overall health and opening up a whole new chapter in their lives.
Best to you as you continue forward in yours - HCV-free!!!
You speechless? Nah. Never happen. So happy to hear your news. Congratulations. This doesn't mean you can go away and never come back again, you know. But, still, go out there and enjoy your life. You've earned it.
you made my Friday!
the best to you
