12 week PCR one day early?

Can any of you think of a reason that I shouldn't have my 12 week PCR blood draw one day early?  If I get the blood drawn on Thursday, one day early, it can be sent out that day or Friday. If I wait until Friday, it won't get sent out until Monday.  Last time it took 2.5 weeks to get results.  The blood has to travel from Western Montana to Eastern Washington and then it gets sent to either Seattle or Denver.  I'd really like to shave a few days off the waiting time.  I don't wait well.

I'm in a study so I imagine the rules are more stringent for my blood draws.  I'm having my 12 week draw done a day early, tomorrow instead of Friday.  I called with concerns about my mouth so they moved my appt. up a day.

I also have a "PK" blood draw at 12 weeks...  I can't see why one day would make a difference.  :)

I can't see that it will make much difference.  Is Friday your shot day?  I get my PCRs on Thursday and do my shots of Friday.

I had a false positive on my 4 week - 24 hours after they drew blood and redid the test and it was negative - Sunny

I'm a proud member of the Friday night darts club.  That's why I want to have the blood drawn Thursday instead of Monday after my shot.
