My current health ins is w/ Kaiser but I have no drug benefit. Someone has suggested that under new laws, a pre-existing condition should not prevent a person from getting insured in a new group (with drug benefits) I am self employed but could gather a group of similarly employed people. Does anyone have any experience w/ or possible answers to this delema?
