aaaaggghhhh i think im going mad , 3 weeks waiting for the hospital to call back after constant calls to find out when im starting tx, get a letter this morning to say its not till 16 july, i had myself all phyced up and now it feels all for nothing, i know your probley saying whats the rush, im just frustrated with the crappy health care in this country it drives me mad , im attending my clinic 9 yrs and im only starting treatment now talk about taking it easy so as you can understand im getting a bit restless, i just want to wake up and not have to think about being infected with this ****.i have good days i guess but since the treatment flag was waved in my face ive been like a bull .then they have the cheek to recomend councilling before i star tx , yeah right im more than likely going to feel like poo do you want to talk about it, eh no tank you, it may work for some people but all that stuff dosnt work for me unfortunatly, im getting the feeling its manditory in ireland because there really trying to sell it to me ,i aint buying it. well i guess ill just have to be calm and count to ten , im getting good at that , oh and think before i give an answer, it stops me making a seen lol.

Try and think of it this way...you at least get to enjoy some of the beautiful summer weather and the sunshine and all that goes with it!  Once you get on the interferon you cannot go in the sun at all - and you're just too tired to really want to do anything anyway.

I do understand exactly how you feel.  I got put off only a couple of weeks because my doc forgot I needed the opthamologist test first and I was SO mad at that!  I just wanted to get started and get it over with too just like you.

Let me tell you - everyone here was right.  It really doesn't matter at all because once you start it's a long arduous road.

so try and enjoy the free time that you have and consider it a blessing.  It's summertime!!!!!!!!!!!
