rock on!!!
I'm partying right with you --- Hoping for me sides go away soon - but knowing I'm better has lifted a weight from my shoulders that I didn't know was there!
My sugar is back down to acceptable (99) levels after spiking for a while. No meds just stopped with sugar and carbs for the last 4 months. The 50 pounds off probably helped a bit as well. Blood pressure is normal with the help of Altace and Norvasc and weight loss. Stomach is good with protonix and less junk. Sleep is fine with Ativan and Benadryl.
Other than that, I am med free and healthy as a horse. LOL Feel like I am learning or re-learning how to live. Spent so many years with illness and tx that I forgot how normal people live. Not so sure normal people really think that much about things really. As a hep survivor I am a bit overanalytical I guess. Like I am being now. See ya.
Cruelworld--Thank you!- Yes I am thrilled to see alot of people clearing, looks like were having a good run!!
Rosebud--Thanks for the congrats, mondays were always the hardest since i did my shots on friday...
Go4SVR--Love your moniker..i was worried having a viral load of 15,000,000 being a 1a esp since it went from 1,000,000 to 15,000,000 , and from a stage 1 to stage2 in three years time, thats what made me pick up the sword.....
AngelsOn My side--Thanks for the congrats, Yes there was a lot of times when i know the only way i got through this was having the Angels on my side.....
LadyBug--Ive Loved you since your "But What about me posts"You sure have become a wonderful asset to this forum..and if im not mistaken you have 4 children of your own? so you know what its like.....

Go4SVR
wow, i remember the days when i volunteered preschool. 4 hrs of 20 kids would wipe me out... you are to be congratulated that you were able to maintain tx while only minimally disrupting your busy routine. you deserve a special award!!!!
preschoolers and 5 of your own and hard treatment? WOW! that doubles my blood pressure just thinking about it. i wonder how youre still alive!
congats on getting your reward after enduring the torture.
we sure do see a lot of winners floating around here these days.
i think this forum alone increases all of our odds much more than we think.

returntosender-how are you doing now with you pressure and sugar...1yr post thats beautiful......
Flguy---I do feel almost Golden again, thank you!!!!!!
Goldyn is golden. Congratulations!
Congratulations, wonderful news. Additional news is that you should continue to feel better if you follow the path that my recovery took. I too had some problems with my glucose levels and also with blood pressure that had to be treated post tx. The "c" word ("cure") really helps to put all that in perspective though. Enjoy!
Yea!!!!! that is great to hear. Just hearing that one word "UND" makes it all worth the TX. and the side effects.
Although my hat's off to you for being able to deal with kids all the time... I do believe they would have come back for their kids and I would have been in the corner banging my head against the wall. LOL

CONGRATULATIONS!
I just read about a man that just did his 10 year post and still UND! it works.
Congrats also. I am 1 month post tx and doing well. My first week off of tx I had some neuropathy issues in my hands but it seems to have resolved itself. All my labs are returning to normal, I am just thankful to be done. I also have had the virus over 20 years and geno 1. I am hoping for SVR .
Take Care,
Tracey
That's great news. I'm very happy for you to have beaten the dragon. You are a very strong person. You certainly kept working hard also. It was very challenging. Please watch out for diabetes. Two of my friends who were on tx and didn't clear both got diabetes. One needs a liver transplant and the other one will try the new meds in a few years.
Thats awesome news. I am so happy for you. You really had a load on you while on tx, but it really was worth it. I just finished tx last week and hubby currently on tx so we are praying for the same news.
I wish you the very best ;-)
