7 year old may have been exposed

My father passed from hepatitis C. While we were visiting him and getting ready to leave, before I could do anything my son reached over and gave my dad a hug and a kiss on the lips goodbye. My concern is that my dad had alot of dried blood on his mouth. I am very concerned if it entered my sons mouth is he at risk of contracting the disease? Should I get him tested. Very, concerened about this.
