ALT and SA

my ALT test result came as 50 and normal values given in report are < 40. Is this a big difference? and anyway is this related to semen motility.

Yes, ALT is an enzyme released by the liver into the blood when their is injury to the liver. I don't know how it relates to the semen motility.
Good luck!

50 isn't far out of range at all. In fact, depending on age, Rx you're taking, etc, it could be considered 'normal'. Haven't a clue about your motility issues, but good luck with that.
