I think you will learn that there are so many variables involved with the ALT and results that there could be anything causing your ALT level to be a little high. take care and hold your head up high as you are doing well. Its a normal thing that ALT fluctuates during tx and some docs say its because of interferone & Riba themself. I am in week 32 of my tx and my ALT fluctuates, some time its in 20's and next month its gone up to 50's. My doc is not really worried about this. Are you taking any other medicine apart from tx ??? ALT may rise due to some medcine.
If you do this you are just about assured of beating HCV because of your early response (RVR). Once you finish treatment your enzymes will return to normal if not before.
