ALTS & LYMPH NODE LUMP

Recently went through surgery to remove a lump/mass from my groin lymph node. I returned  to A & E with high temprature sickness  and  Dioreah. I was  given fluids  and  told  My livers ALTS were  high. As  I am waiting  test results on the lump they remove, I am a rather concerned  about the ALTS whatever they are.This was  never explained  to me. Any info would  be  much apreciated

The ALT test detects liver injury. ALT values are usually compared to the levels of other enzymes, such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), to help determine which form of liver disease is present.
