It could be from a vast number of things like if you took any medications recently or worked out especially hard it is barely out of range. When my enzymes were elevated they were in the mid-200s to almost 300.  that is how we knew something was damaging my liver and tested for HCV.

I doubt anything is wrong but to be on the safe side you could always ask him to give you a PCR to see if you have the virus.......but I'd think with those numbers its just a fluke thing. Or you could get retested in a month and see where they are.
