Abbreviations and what they mean?

by wd_wiz, Sep 16, 2002 12:00AM
I see the specialist tomorrow and would lke to be up on the terminology regarding Hep C. What should I know before hand ? I read these posts every day but I never know what you guys are talking about when you use abbreviations for different symptoms and/or liver conditions. Please enlighten me ! Also the different blood tests that are necessary and possibly what the numbers mean and what's normal and what's not. Is this a tall order, if so, sorry in advance. Thank-you.....Wiz
