Acronyms

Where can I find a glossary for the acronyms associated with HCV. I am new to this forum and also the fact I may have HVC. I am following this forum for much needed information but I do not know what RA, SVR, TX, ALT, AST, INF etc. stand for. Pardon my ignorance but is there a site availablr to help me out?
