Actilon - Anyone on the Phase II Trial?

Coley Pharmeceuticals has a Phase II trial listed at ClinicalTrials.gov that is supposedly still recruiting. The trial is aimed at HCV1 non-responders or relapsers and reports a 50% rate from previous trials (UND at 12 weeks and/or >2log reduction at 4 weeks). Is anyone here in this trial or does anyone have any knowledge about Actilon? I'm looking for a plan B.

Hey, sorry I can not help with this study, but I am at week 10 in the vx-950 study, 2 more weeks to go, then I should have some info for you. Pam

Vertex says that "there may be a trial for non-responders late this year or early next year." That seems like the best option, but I just hate to wait. If I had waited 6 more months to start my first TX, however, I might be on the VX950 study too. All the best...
