Activist1 - acupuncture question

by girlwithcurl, Apr 19, 2002 12:00AM
Hi Kathy,  I'm wondering what type of precautions your acupuncturist takes?  I have a friend/acupuncturist that I used a few years ago and am thinking about going to her again.  But, since I know her personally I'm a little worried about approaching her with this (I really don't want to tell people I have this).  I'm not sure she'd want to work on me bc of possible infection and would hate to tell her and then have her refuse treatment. Eek - I feel like a leper. What's your accupuncturist's attitude and are the treatments helping?

Also, I rec'd a rebetron & peg-intron product info sheet.  Thought you might be interested since you had some dosage questions a while back. Oh, and I wrote you back on our really old post - so check it out, you'll have to keep scrolling...
