Acupuncture for HCV Symptoms?

by TravisB, Mar 01, 2003 12:00AM
I don't believe that accupuncture or herbs etc can cure HCV but I'm wondering if anyone out there has used accupuncture or herbs for some of the symptoms especially headaches?  I'm two weeks off TX and still experiencing headaches all day. Thanks. Travis

I'm paranoid about acupuncture now, wouldn't want to run the risk of infection again.  Of course, I'm now paranoid about nail salons, perm. makeup, etc.

I remember a couple of ppl on this forum going thru tx and receiving acupuncture for the sx's.  The people who I read about were having very positive results.  One last thing is all the acupuncture sites in the US use brand new needles.  It's a federal and state law.  Maybe someone can chime in here who has gone thru it.  good luck

It has been proven that sticking needles in yourself CAN cure hepatitis C.  Need to be the right needles, of course.  Hey, I was just reminded of an irony.
