Procrit problems

I’ve been on procrit for the past 35 weeks and have had several occasions; early on where the flu like symptom from the procrit has shown up 2 days after the shot. This seems to have fade over time but here recently after every 3/4 shots, on the next shot I have been getting these really strong resurgent’s of the flu like symptoms, bad headache, eye sensitivity, nauseas, and fatigued as hell that knock me down and make me feel like a whimpering little pup.

Example:
The next morning (after the shot) when waking you feel something is not right even before you get out of bed but blow it off as riba hangover then it creeps from there. With in two hours your systems go down and your rendered useless and your head feels like it will explode, if slightly touched.

From previous post you two have adjusted your procrit periodically and am wondering if you were able to feel the difference, say if your hemoglobin started to come up on its own and you still added 40k? of procrit to it, would or did you get more flu like symptoms.

Thanks
jasper

Honestly, I felt so terrible during most of treatment, that it was very hard to tell  what was from the Peg, the Riba, or the Procrit -- or just the mix. I did change my dose of Procrit from time to time, but not enough to draw any conclusions -- although I do remember at one point that certain side effects did seem to coincide with the Procrit, but can't remember now which those were.

Procrit, like many drugs, does have a side effect profile, and from what you are saying, you're probably experiencing some of that -- although honestly I haven't read the Procrit sfx profile recently which you probably should.
