Your ALT level is low, and nothing to worry about.

Albumin at my lab is measured in decimals and normal is 3.3 to 4.9.  Did you mean to write 5.1?  It may also be a value that your lab writes as 51 instead of 5.1.  Compare it to your lab's normal range. If it says 33 to 49 is normal, it's nothing. Regardless, high albumin is not associated with any disease, just with being a little dehydrated on the day the blood was drawn.  The ranges at different labs differ because they draw their 'normal' range by looking at the scores of all the people who use their lab.  At my lab, normal ALT  is 6 to 34 so 33 should not worry you either.  It's good that you are combing over your numbers.  Keep doing that but your doctor will usually give you a callback if there is anything of concern in the numbers.  If something is far out of normal range and worries you and you think he should have brought it to your attention, call him.
