Angiomas and Estrogen

Dear Doctor,
Years ago I had an Angiogram of the abdomen. They were looking for a carcinoid tumor. A CT scan at the same time never showed these but the Angiogram did.
Multiple angiomas on/in the liver. The radiologist called them like Strawberry Birthmarks.
Recently I read that women should not take Estrogen Pills with these as they can grow and cause problems. I have taken estrogen for 20 years and yes, i do have pain in the bile duct? area and into the back. Can you please comment on this.
