Anyone relapse after SVR?

Anyone relapse after SVR?

Has anyone relapsed after attaining SVR six months post treatment?  I know this has come up before  but I have been searching for a past string on the subject and have not had any luck finding a discussion on this.  mar

The figures thrown around are that SVR 24 (UND 6 months post tx) is durable around 98-99% and SVR 48 durable approaching 100%. Given these odds, at a certain point it becomes unclear if a reported relapse is actually a relapse or perhaps reinfection or even perhaps testing issues. BTW SVR 12 appears as durable as SVR 24 except in the case of stage 4 where the correlation is still excellent  but not exactly the same -- at least according to one recent study.
