Are chills common with Hep C?

Question about having chills every day:

I am 55 years old, have been diagnosed with Hep C for 4 years now. Viral load is greater than 3 million.  But liver doc said it was the type that did not respond well to interferon.  I do not have fibrosis (from the biopsy report), but report said "inflammation typical with hepatitis . . ." or some words to that effect.

i'm not really too sick, but tired all the time and now am having chills a lot.  These chills are sometimes debilitating (they hurt!)  Anyone else have this symptom?  Sorry, I do not know anyone else with Hep C here in this area.  Husband does not have it, oddly enough.
