Auto-immune Hepatitis....daughter's results are in!

by jldmom, Mar 20, 2002 12:00AM
Hi everyone and thank you for all your words of encouragement and prayers........They worked ALL LABS WORK WAS NORMAL!!!  No changes needed on medication will continue on 75 mg of Immuran daily and will see GI in June.  I really had settled into the the blood tests every three months and was not getting overly anxious until this one.  I think it was because she had been on the prednisone for 2 years and this was the first tests since it had been stopped.  We were dreading her having to restart the prednisone because she was so miserable on it.  But thank god we are off the hook for a few months.  She was 12 when diagnosed and is 14 now and over all doing very well. Prayers to all.
