Auto-immune disease with High ferritin Levels over 2500

I am woman with Lupus, Fybro, Scleradema, RA, Optic Sudo-tumor Cerebri I am a diabetic. My Ferritin level is 2500 and I feel weak all the time, Constant Diarrhea, Knots in my Abdomen. I have had a stroke and I am on Cumadin (coumadin). What can be done for High Ferritin Levels over 2500? Treatment or Causes
