Autoimmune Hepatitis and Pregnancy

I have been diagnosed with AIH. It was about 4 years ago. I HAVE NEVER met nor spoken to anyone with this disease, and have been searching for people since my diagnosis. I am now 30 years old, and I am only on Imuran. I say only like that's a good thing...lol. I am wanting to begin to prepare my body for pregnancy, but I would love to know if anyone knows the outcome of success in this area. I have been told all sorts of things from doctors. I know that it will not be an easy  thing to obtain, but I am hopeful. ANYONE who has AIH, I welcome you to email me at ***@****. I would love to finally speak with someone who goes thru the same things that i do. The fatigue, the itching, and people just not understanding because I "look" healthy.
