Bad taste in my mouth

If anyone knows how to get this metallic taste out of my mouth, I'd really appreciate it.  Had it for about a week now and starting to nauseate me.  I'm on shot #19 of 48.  Just one of the sx I wish I could get rid of.  Thanx.

Google zinc deficiency.  I seem to recall a connection when I was treating but don't have the time right now to locate it. Zinc also helps with to increase the effectiveness of the interferon if I recall correctly.

I had that metallic taste throughout tx.  Smooth, bland foods seemed to be the least offensive - things like ice cream, smoothies, yogurt, soup.  Basically it was difficult for me to get much food down until my niece got me some marijuana.  I live in California, so I could have obtained a permit to use, but the kid has one and she bought the stuff for me.  It really helped me eat.  (Not that pot tastes so great, but it did make me hungry enough to chomp down on what tasted like Revereware.)

It's really important to get some nutrition or you'll become too weak to move, not a good thing.  Best wishes.
