You can't really buy it without a prescription but I doubt anyone could really afford it all anyway - it's very very expensive. I believe that the interferon costss $20,000 before you add any of the other medications that someone on treatment needs and the cost of all the testing.

You need to take mam to a doctor and find out what's going on.  If you don't have insurance there are plans via the drug companies to help.

But - you can't do anything without a prescription and the proper tests first.

I see that you are in Romania. I don't know how the health care system is in your country. I guess your Mom is being seen by a doctor, if not she wouldn't have the test results. Is he a hepatologist? Has she had a biopsy? What is the doctor suggesting? Do you have to pay for the medication yourself, or is the state or medical insurance providing for that?

There are some ongoing trials in Romania, maybe you can find out who the doctors/hospitals are conducting those trials and get in touch with them for more information. Here is the link:
