Biopsy Tommorrow - Any Advice?

Getting my biopsy tommorrow, it'll be CT guided, I made sure of that. Anyone have any further advice? Things I should watch for, things I should ask for?

Lying here in recovery. As I was told there is nothing to fear. It went fast, felt like I got punched in the side when he punctured the liver. Some low dull pain in side and shoulder. I asked to see the sample, tiny little sliver about 3 inches long. Doc told me the sample looked "good". Should have results Friday. Thanks to all for the advice!

It is very REALLY easy for me.  I was worried about getting sick from the pain meds (since i have before in other surgeries)... so the dr just numbed me right where he was going to put the needle.  And it was over REALLY fast... bring a book or something because you have to wait in recovery for a couple hours after.

Bring a book and some magazines for beforehand.  And make sure there is a tv in your recovery room.  I got so bored I fell asleep. I am hoping your day is as uneventful as mine.  :)

Thanks Dave :-)

I'll make sure to bring something to amuse myself, thanks for the tip.

Good thing I'm very easily amused, lol.

Bring a good book and some magazines. Youll spend most of your time in recovery lying on your right side being bored. Don't worry, you'll be amazed about how little there is to it and it want hurt.
Good luck with results and great job advocating for yourself and making this happen
Dave.
