Were you prone to nosebleeds prior to treatment? One of the adverse side effects to interferon treatment can be reduced platelet counts (thrombocytepenia). You've been on treatment long enough to develop this, but of course there are other reasons as well. Platelets are needed to help blood clot- while a bloody nose is a nuisance, it's not usually life threatening. However, it might be a sign that your treatment needs modification.
If it were me, I'd call and leave a message with the doctor's service and bring them up to speed- they'll probably review your latest labs, and possibly order another set to establish trends.
