I have heard so many thing about not breastfeeding with Hep C. I feel very sad about this as I always saw myself breastfeeding my baby. Does anyone have any info or links that could help me make a more informed decision?
I know some babies suck so hard there can be bleeding, but my doctor says that it is very undocumented as of yet so he recommends to avoid it.
I am stuck with feelings of wanting this for the health of my baby, for selfish bonding reasons, however also knowing that if my baby were to contract this desease I would always wonder if I could have prevented it.
Please share any info you may have it is graetly appreciated!!!
