CT or X-Ray after TX aftre Tx

CT or X-Ray after TX aftre Tx

While I was on treatment with Interferon and Riba I had been asked by my Eyes doc to do a CT, my hepa refused at thst time. Now I am 9 months post  tx and SVR and need a CT for  my kidneys  (not a particular problem, just to see if my slightly high Blood Pressure has anything to do with the kedneys) and an x-ray for my kneee.

Could anyone tell me if this is OK to do now these tests ? I can easily postpone them if them can cause any sort of problem.

Thank you,
Jack

I don't see how imaging could present a problem before, during or after treatment.  They could only help.

Newleaf is correct. No imaging or x-rays can cause a problem.
Even if you weren't SVR its still ok to have this kind of procedure done.

Good Luck

I have had both CT scans and x-rays (as well as MRI) since tx, without any problems.  Good luck.
