Chlamydia

The doctor told my mom she has Chlamydia Trachomatis igg Antibodies and Mycoplasma ab. Can someone please explain this to me. I know Chlamydia is a STD but her and my father have been with only each other for over 25 years. I just need someone to explain it to me since the doctor did not. Thanks for any help you can give me.
