Chronic Fatigue, Liver damage?

Thanks very much for your help! I have these liver tests and am really worried my liver is damaged?
AST 49(10-40)
ALT 91 (10-45)

could I have hepatitis?  I don't drink and was on prednisone for 3 weeks at 30mg/day for week 1.

Your blood levels could be a little high because of the prednisone you were on or many other reasons.  Your levels are not that high, yes a little bit above the normal range on the test you took but certainly no reason to get alarmed.  

If you think you have HepC then have a test done.  good luck

doesn't this result mean my liver cells are dying or the liver is being damaged?  thanks
