I was on the combo for 4-1/2 months and was negative of the virus at 3 months. I quit because I became very depreesed.
I did this on my own. I found out after, that my other doctor was over dosing me on Zolft. I was talking 200 mg a day and became very sick from that much in my system. I am going to go back on the treatment, but I have heard the Pegalated InterferonInterferon alfa-2a Interferon alfa-2b Interferon alfa-2b-ribavirin Interferon alfa-n3 Interferon alfacon-1 Interferon beta-1a Interferon beta-1b Interferon gamma-1b has better sustained results than the combo. My question is, would I be able to swicth from the combo to the Pegalayted when it comes out? It might be better to wait. Thank you for providing this forum for all of us. It really helps me alot.
