Converting Eq/mL

Can anyone tell me how I would convert 3.12 million Eq/mL into IU/mL?

Thanks for pointing me to this site.  It's a good one.  I spent a bunch of time this afternoon trying to convert my old results into IUs.  Drove myself crazy.  AND THEN, I read a disclaimer at the bottom of the report that states that the test that was used may be inaccurate up to 20%!  Thanks anyway.

The estimate of VL in an ML can vary, even if you had another pcr the same day.  And, keep in mind that you have 5,000 (or so) ml's of blood. So the count is based only on a very small sample. I've always felt that pcr's s are more directional for information purposes, until you hit undetectable
