Could I have it?

I'm 22 years old guy. I live in LA my parents are originally Syrians. I was born with Hepatitis B and C. My mother gave them to me My parents used to be heavy drug users .Two days ago, my dad admitted that he had HIV for along time. I know that he also has Hepatitis B but not C. He told me I don't have it. I don't believe him. If my mom got HIV from him Is it possible that I only got Hepatitis B and C from her but not HIV? I'm scared to get tested. I already die everyday of pain due to Hepatitis I can't take this one too.
Thanks

Welcome fellow Californian.  Here is a link to information about upcoming testing in your area.  It is very important that you are tested for Hep C, Hep B and HIV.   Take the time to get connected to a service that can provide these tests.   If not your insurance or ability to pay there are many free clinics in the L.A. area.   You are very young and need to find out exactly what your current status is on tests.   How your effected differs depending on the combinations of these three disease and the current progression.   Be smart and get help getting this done.  Start by making phone calls to
providers of this service in your area.   Do it now.

My best guess would be that at 22 years of age, if you got HIV as a baby orf young child, from your dad, you would already know about it. If you are going to worry it really would be a good idea to get tested just to put your mind at ease. HIV is now treated as a chronic illness. People are living for decades with HIV. Early treatment is key. If your dad is saying you do not have it ask him where he had you tested. There must be a record somewhere.
