Custom Vitamins Website

http://www.mitamins.com

It looks interesting, but not sure where to start. I guess I would leave out Iron and Vitamin A.

Does anyone have an opinions? Things to take out of a multi vitamin? Things to add?

Ok, I lied. The real reason is that you get to name the formula and it shows up on the label.

I agree about their formulas but they give you the option to increment the values up and down, or didn't you get that far before passing judgement? I would basically be trying to make a multiple that doesn't have any of the harmful HCV stuff and also doesn't have any B-Complex or C since I get that from a time-release version from Alacer which makes more sense.

Thanks for the new vitamin referral. But I still have the same problems as any of the "Hep Formulas". I'm thinking I'm allergic to Milk Thistle for one (which every formula has) and I also don't want the asorbic acid or B-complex. I also kinda want to stick to whatever HR talks about (within pocketbook limits).

I still think I can design a custom vitamin that is not too extreme and doesn't use all the stuff that is only "anecdotal" and not "science" backed.
Also, I'm thinking it is only goind to cost me $30-50 a month. Which I will weigh against all the supplements I am already paying for.

And if I am a wishful thinker, so be it, because small dreams make no magic.

What I do like about the website is that I can save my custom formula and alter it at whim and don't have to order if I don't want to. So right there is a plus.

Are they reputable? Don't know. Sure am spending money all over the place on everything that pops up on the web.
Are their ingredients any good? Don't know. Not any more than any other company. At least they list their sources. They also have the ability to contact a real person.

It's not worth not investigating and at the worse I will have a list I can copy and paste or print or alter or gloat over or . . . . .

There is a website called All In One Nutrition, they have a new supplement called 'Hep C Complete' which contains good doses of milk thistle, selenium and alpha lipoic acid.  I am taking them at the moment and have noticed a big difference in my fatigue.
They cost $19.95 for 60 capsules.

That site is a rip off. The ingrediants in all there formulars are way to low to do anything. You would have to up the servings so much it wouldn't be cost effective and you would be getting to much of one ingrediant and not enough of another. I hate these rip off sites
