DOES NEUPOGEN HELP WITH ENERGY

HEY EVERYONE, TWO WEEKS AGO I WAS REALLY FEELING BAD, JUST WORE OUT ALL DAY LONG, NO APPETITE, LIGHT HEADED. I WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND SHE TOLD ME MY WHITE BLOOD COUNT WAS AROUND 500, WHICH IS VERY LOW. SHE STARTED ME ON NEUPOGEN, THE FIRST SHOT I TOOK GAVE ME SERIOUS BODY ACHES AND FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS FOR THE FIRST 2 DAYS. AFTER THAT I FELT PRETTY GOOD ALL WEEK, BY THE WAY I AM ON DAILY SHOTS OF INFERGEN. MY QUESTION IS WILL LOW BLOOD COUNT GIVE YOU SYMPTOMS LIKE THESE AND WILL NEUPOGEN HELP WITH FATIGUE. THANK YOU FOR ANY ANSWERS YOU CAN GIVE.

No, Neuposgen does not help with the fatique.  Neupogen helps to build white blood cells which help in infection fighting,but I don't think you can feel when the white blood cells are low - unless you are prone to infection.  

What is your hemoglobin..  This is the red blood cell count that reflects how much oxygen the red blood cells contain.  When it gets low you feel really tired.  Chances are that is what your fatique is.

neupogen will make ur body ache for a bit, it made me hurt real bad.. but then it settle up.. fatigue can also be RBC and anemia.. need to get check out
