The first result was the antibody test

The second test result is the test for the Hep c virus

"HCV-PCR - NOT FOUND"

Not found means the test did not find the virus

as dontworry said

"You don't have Hepatitis C."

Every lab reports results differently. It looks to me like you have antibodies to hepatitis C, which just means at some point in your life you were exposed to the virus. Your S/C is low so that may mean you have a false positive antibody test. If HCV-PCR not found means they did that test and found it to be undetected, then you do not have the actual virus. I have just never seen it reported that way. Usually it will say HCV/RNA <15 undetected. Didn't your doctor explain your results?
