Does Omeprazole are safe for Hep C Cirrhotic Patients for long duration?

I am taking Omeprazole 20mg+0+20mg since 07.21.2009 as i have duodenal ulcer confirmed by Endoscopy.
I am suffering liver cirrhosis with verix 2-3 had EVL

I want to know is it safe for my liver to continue omeprazole for long duration?

I don't understand. I thought you do not have hep c anymore.

After completing successful treatment your cirrhosis should hopefully cease and go down a stage.

I have just checked this drug and it can cause all kinds of liver problems. I would go back to your doctor at once and have a serious discussion with him/her.

Just google it and you will find the inlay and warnings.
