Elevated Enzymes after 12 weeks treatment

If my liver enzymes continur to remain slightly elevated after 12 weeks of pagasys/ribavirin treatment can the success of continued treatment be predicted? If so what are the relevant statistics?

Same questions as nygirl.  For your info, I'm told that even those who are UND at week 12 can have fluctuations in liver enzymes throughout treatment.  Since your saying 'slightly elevated' I wouldn't make a real strong connection between liver inflammation and viral load.

How high?  And you said continued...sometimes some people that take pegasys have high enzymes throughout treatment but it doesn't really mean anything.   Did you have the 4 week PCR? What did that say? Did you do your 12 week yet?

Sorry you don't really give enough info for me to make any guesstimate.
