Elevated Values

About two months ago i had high fever which shoots up to 105. i got the basic fever treatment and after each treatment the level dropped down. It continued for 3 days but there was no permanent curement.On the fourth day i had some blood tests like LFT,RFT,Dengue,Malaria,HCV,HBV and CBC. All were normal except LFT.In LFT i had very high SGPT and SGOT values.These  were about 165 I.U/L of SGPT and 157 I.U/L of SGOT.In the mean while had some womiting in which dark blackish red blood was also discharged.For that i had chest X-rays annd Bronchoscopy test but it was fine Alhamdulillah. I was admitted in hospital for a week because of the fever and two days womiting with very basic treatment like the flaygel and other drips with injections.I got recovery after 8 days from that situation.Now i am again feeling some thing same as before and decided to go for same blood tests and thye results are again the same. My test values are :
LFT Report:

SGPT (ALT) 165 I.U/L
SGOT (AST) 157 I.U/L
S.Total Bilirubin 0.9 mg/dl
S.direct bilirubin 0.1 mg/dl
S.indirect bilirubin 0.8 mg/dl
Gamma GT 44 I.U/L
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE 46 I.U/L

Dear this is the community of HCV, we can only guide you in matters relating to HCV. As you have said that your HCV test was cleared so you dont have Hep C. Elevated liver test values doesnt neceassarily means HCV infection and there may be several other reasons for this. You should consult with liver specialist and discuss the matter with him
