These 2 articles recently came up on my computer and they were interesting to me as, I've been exercising alot lately. I have just the regular amounts of Vit. C and Vit. E in my multivitamin I take (which doesn't contain any iron), so I'm wondering if it's come into play in my own exercise regimen.
