Fatigue

I m 32 year onld gentleman and 167 cms height, 64 kgs weight, staying in Delhi (India)working in a PVT Ltd company as an Asst manager, and have lot of problems in my family as well as in my office. I have been feeling fatigue last 4 years. Its happening only twice in a month in early days. But last one year, i have been feeling it once in a week.
Three years before one day my BP was increased upto 140-100, those time I felt gidiness and that time onwards I used to take Alprazolam tab .25mg. I just continued that medicine. But now a days I just discontinued it.

Now I am feeling too tiredness especially evening times.
Could I get a good advise through this site.

DeJeVu..
Humm.. Have you been tested or diagnosed with Hep C???

The reason I ask is, I accidentally discovered my diagnoses when I went to the doc to stop smoking.... but the dejevu kicked in because before that, I had gone to Dr's Physicians Weight Loss Clinic In hopes to shed an extra 20 lbs I had put on... & they prescribed the alprazolam & bi-monthly B12 shots... well after I lost the 20 lbs I noticed that without taking at least 1/2 a tab everyday that I could not get up the energy to do ANYTHING... the fatigue was over-whelming... little did I know then that I had hep c, & that the alprazolm was masking the fatigue...

However funny thing is....I had had HEP C approx 23 years before prior to trying to loose the weight (I just didn't know it) & I never experianced any fatigue... so I have often wondered (& I don't know) if that particular drug is particularly hard on our livers....

Welbuterin (the drug I got to stop smoking) was terribly hard on my liver & made my enzimes double & triple within 7 to 10 days!

Anyway, I lok forward to reading more about your situation because possibly it will answer some questions that I have always been curious about myself!

If you haven't been tested for Hep C... Now might be a good time to do that!

Fatigue can be caused by many things. First rule out the physcial possibilities by seeing your doctor and getting tested for HepC. Then you might see if changing your lifestyle helps; possibly more exercise, less stress?   Good luck
