Please help lend your voice and let us who are affected by this horrible
disease and write congress and tell them we need to educate others on this
disease they have put so much into AIDS research and to find a cure but we
have people that don't know or every heard of Hepatitis C.
Hepatitis C is compared to AIDS in alot of ways and people are misimformed.
So please we need to get funds to spread the word of this disease!
The Hepatitis C Virus infection persists in 85% of cases, and often has no
symptoms until liver damage has occured, many years after infection. It too
can cause cirrhosis, liver cancer and liver failure and it is responsible
for 8,000 - 10,000 deaths per year.
I just want to congratulate you! I just saw your labs came out great. I don't read all the post so I missed yours and then saw reference to it on dhbill and freedoms post. That is great! You have been through so much again this is such good news to hear. Congrats! LL

Has anyone else noticed that there are so many new SVRs here lately...That gives new hope to all those almost finished with tx as well as to those just starting. Hang tough eveyone we're seeing the results.
CONGRATULATIONS to you too. Didn't mean to leave you out from the above post.
I am so very proud of everyone for sticking it out through rough and difficult road we faced, and to all those that did have to stop due to sides. Don't give up.. You might have to wait a little while for somethng new but there is always hope.
There has been a round of good news lately and it's wonderful; sometimes we have less to celebrate, and must hold one of our Family in the Light.
I truly believe that coming to this board regularly helps us to stay the course. It helps us to tough out bad times and find solutions to ease our side effects. And in doing so, the MedHelp/Hepatitis Forum helps us to stay compliant with the HepC tx-plan, and to finish.
The bottom line is that this board helps more of us to get to SVR
Thank you, Cindy & Phil, and everyone who comes here and shares.
