Fish Market Risk

I was in the fish market last three weeks ago for our one week supply of food..

I was way home and hit my feet with concrete of electrical post in our place. When i was hit i check the concrete and i did not see any needle on it..there's a small wound on my feet with small blood on it...when i reached my house i clean the fish and accidentally prick my fish with his pin..Now it is three weeks and since that day may hearth did not stop for palpitation..

I am asking for your advise with regards to this situation? i have risk or no risk in this situation?

If i get the virus do you think how many years i will feel ill or die for hepatitis or hiv?

From the scenario that you give, there is no risk for Hepatitis C.

Hepatitis C is transmitted blood to blood. An infected person's blood must get into your bloodstream in order for you to get Hepatitis C. There is no indication that you had any contact with anyone's blood at all.
