Can you tell me about foods I should be eating or avoiding to keep my liver in good condition.

Gosh..it was the wee hours of the mornin' when I posted to Lindaz....my brain was obviously already asleep. I am so glad to read intelligent coherent advice that will get her moving in the right direction. You guys are great.

Following a low fat healthy diet is all you really need to do.

Apparently there is a Hepatitis C Awareness week in Aust is October. Found a link to it on the Hepwa main page. First I’ve heard of it, but then I don’t need to be made aware of HepC. I’m already HepC aware.
