6th shot tonight! Couldn't have made it w/o you all. TGIF. No work tomorrow. I kind of look forward to the sleep. Even if I get feverish n achy. I'm starting the last 1/2 of Telaprevir!! It's been a journey, but I'm still going. SE are so sporadic. Good luck to all and aim straight! Xoxo. Karen

It sounds like you are in good spirits.  Are you playing darts?  If so that is great news.  I am waiting for all authorizations to come through so I can start tx.  Really scare but now have hope which I did not have before.  I feel like crap most days and hope that the tx will give me back some of the spark that is me

don't be surprised if you start getting rashes and itch a lot soon...half of my body has a rash from the telepiver that you can barely see..feels like little bumps....itches like crazy...kinda burns ......maybe you won't get this...mine got worse after shot 7...still no sx compare to the anemia....everything is very doable..good luck and sounds like your doing great!...billy

working dog -- what you are describing sounds like what the ribavirin did too me.  I didn't have the rash too much but lots of itching.  You know those sci-fi movies where the bugs crawl in your ear and then crawl all over you body just under your skin?  Well, that's how I felt with the riba -- the farther into treatment, the worse.  So what you have may or may not be the INC.

Just gave myself my 4th shot and I'm hoping for the best.   I did just experience the horrible itch and I had it only on my head and ears it was horrible.  It felt like tiny needles poking me all over my head.  Goodluck to us all may todays be uneventful.

I already took vistaril for itch tonight. It does feel like little stings. They wake me up. Oddly enough I don't have them during the day. Like yu frijole, I don't rash unless I"m out in 112 heat. Whassup w/ starting tx in the middle of a heat wave?
Congrats to all the shooters tonight! I talk to my drug during injection. Tell my liver I'm sending in the troops and that I'm sry it has had to work so hard. It's kind of a loving thing I do. OK. Now I sound weird. lol. Karen :)
