GI.PA could you please advise me

Here is what I want to ask you GI.PA
I was told by doctor last week that I have Hep C. I go to GI Friday for first time. I looked on web sites like cdc and thank god I found this one, Godd Bless You All I don't know how bad mine is but think I need tx. My HCVRNA PCR was just over 3 million counts. I had a sonagram Doc said the report looked good no diliated intraheptic ducts were seen, gall ballder free of calculi polys and slude. The kidneys looked normal also. However it did say boderline hepatomegaly.
