GS-US-337-0102: A Phase 3, Multicenter,
Randomized, Open-Label Study to Investigate the
Efficacy and Safety of Sofosbuvir/GS-5885 Fixed-Dose
Combination ± Ribavirin for 12 and 24 Weeks in
Treatment-Naïve Subjects with Chronic Genotype 1
Finished up that Tx 1 week ago. I was on the 12 week arm with riba and I am a 3x prior Tx attempt/failure cirrhotic. Week 4, 8 and 12 blood draws were VL undetected. Now i have my fingers crossed and praying for SVR :)
I did not get into the trial - my bilirubin was off by 1/10th of a number and I guess they have very strict guidelines to follow. It was tested twice and both times it was minutely over the number approved. Still waiting .... for something!
