Glucometer

My friend gave me a glucometer  one touch, the glocumeter one touch is old and previously used by my friend , when i check the glucometer if it is working or in good condition,  i forget that i have a 2 hours old cut (Reddish, but is not actively bleeding). if the glocumeter is old and if there is some blood came from my friend and goes to my 2 hours cuts, do you think i have a risk in hepatitis or hiv?

I don't have any idea if my friend is hepatitis or hiv positive, Worst Case scenario, if my friend is hiv or hepatitis positive, there will be a chance of transmission, my cuts is not actively bleeding that time, it is only reddish,
